Podcast Episode on How We've Dealt with the Last 2 Years

Today Marsha Casper Cook had myself and author Elizabeth Black on her podcast for a great discussion about how we've all coped during the last two years. We discussed what we turned to and what got us through an unprecedented time in our history. We discuss working from home and our new ways of socializing online and otherwise. I talk about group texts, Zoom art nights with friends, and my journaling practice.

We talked about getting help if dealing with anxiety or depression and grief support groups. We also chat about moving forward in this new normal with compassion for what everyone has been dealing with over the last two year.
